Resiliency (Why Families Are Important )

Family resilience can be defined as the ability of a family to respond positively to an adverse situation and emerge from the situation feeling strengthened, more resourceful, and more confident than its prior state. This training discusses the understanding of brain development over time and the whole idea of how much is genetic and how much experience is the result of becoming a resilient family.
